About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Revenue Operations to enhance our revenue processes and align go-to-market strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive RevOps strategy that drives sales efficiency and streamlines operations to boost revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing integrated revenue processes
Leading revenue forecasting and performance metrics analysis
Ensuring the efficiency of marketing and sales operations
Collaborating with various departments to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential. Familiarity with CRM and data analytics tools is required.
This role demands exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster collaboration at all organizational levels. You will be responsible for establishing KPIs and dashboards to track team performance and revenue growth.
