About the Role
The Foundation is seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Advancement to join our dedicated senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all fundraising and donor relations efforts, playing a key part in fostering meaningful donor engagement. You will collaborate closely with the President and CEO, the Development Committee of the Board, and the entire Board of Directors to leverage influential relationships and drive fundraising success, including capital campaigns.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of fundraising experience in mission-driven organizations, showcasing a strong history of cultivating and closing gifts of various sizes. Your ability to communicate our mission effectively will engage both current and potential donors. Experience in grant writing, project management, and organizational skills are essential, while event management expertise, particularly for fundraising initiatives, will be considered a significant asset.
As the Director of Advancement, you will strengthen ties with the Foundation's leadership, students, and alumni groups, ensuring an integrated approach to outreach and engagement.
