Monday to Friday Time of day Varies Grow Your ABA Career with Hands-On BCBA Support
Join our team to work directly with experienced BCBAs in-person and collaborate closely with caregivers. Together, we deliver effective, compassionate ABA services while helping you build your skills and confidence as an RBT.
No experience in ABA? We'll Pay You to Learn!
Earn money while you train to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Paid 40-Hour RBT Training - Learn the skill and get paid for your time We cover all costs - registration fees, background checks, and your exam are fully paid for. Paid In-Person Training- Gain hands-on experience with clients Empowered Employees = Exceptional Outcomes

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field preferred English Fluency Required Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not accepted) Passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and making a positive impact while working in clients' homes Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy Patient, empathetic, professional, and dependable Benefits:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Accurately collect and document data during each session Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistency Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and their families Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development Location:
Work location: In person Service area: Residential, Client's home Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start
