We are looking for a dedicated Director of Investor Relations to lead our investor outreach efforts and be the primary point of contact for high-net-worth and institutional investors. In this pivotal role, you will manage all aspects of the fundraising cycle, ensuring seamless subscription processing, effective communication with investors, and timely reporting. Your detail-oriented and efficient service will be crucial to our team's success. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA and/or CFA is a plus). We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations with a strong focus on raising capital, complemented by at least 2 years in financial services or investment. Exceptional communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a robust understanding of finance, investments, and economic principles are essential. The ideal candidate will bring experience in commercial real estate, consultation, sales, and CRM, excelling at building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals. Key responsibilities will include managing the investor database, collaborating with various departments to facilitate investments, and assisting in the creation of compelling investor materials.
