Finance Director . In this vital role, you will oversee and direct all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring we deliver exceptional guest service while maximizing financial profitability. What will you be responsible for? Directing and managing all hotel financial operations, including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensuring strict compliance with all Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Serving as a financial advisor to both hotel management and ownership, providing insights and recommendations. Monitoring and approving all transactions related to sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses. Assisting department heads with interpreting financial data and suggesting strategies to enhance profitability. Preparing annual plans, projections, and budgets with accuracy and foresight. Overseeing team member performance, encouraging professional development through supervision, evaluations, and recognition. Recruiting, interviewing, and training financial team members.
