Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism. The CSR handles inbound customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and email while effectively recording communications accurately and consistently. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple possible channels (i.e. telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).

- Calls are basic and routine.

- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

- Provides feedback when needed, provide input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.

- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.

- Experience in a call center environment highly preferred

- Must Be a US Citizen

- This position requires all work to be performed within the Continental US. Must currently live in and have permanent residence within the Continental US.
