The successful applicant will craft and implement Salesforce DevOps frameworks and build CI/CD pipelines using the Flosum platform./ppThe Salesforce Release Manager will serve in a technical lead role where they will be interacting with senior Agency Leadership regarding application deployment strategies, Salesforce CI/CD implementation architectures, and be accountable for completion of team delivery efforts including quality assurance activities and client acceptance. Candidates must have demonstrated experience performing hands-on technical Salesforce DevOps implementations./ppAn understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available./ppstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliDemonstrated experience in a Salesforce Release Management / DevOps role./liliExperience deploying, promoting, and managing enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform./liliExpert level knowledge and hands-on experience with the Flosum platform./lili5+ years of developing and managing DevOps solutions for the salesforce platform./liliExperience working with the Health Cloud, and/or Public Sector Foundation/Omni Studio is preferred./li/ulpstrongTypical Duties/Abilities:/strong/pulliCoordinate and manage release deployments and promotions./liliDesign Salesforce DevOps Frameworks using the Flosum platform./liliImplement all aspects of the Package Development Model./liliConsult on enterprise architectural patterns that aid in the delivery of the Package Development Model./liliBuild CI/CD pipelines./liliBuild automated test suites./liliMentor development teams on the nuances of the Package Development Model./liliSupport the Program Management Office (PMO) and/or users to address their requests, questions, and concerns./li/ulpstrongSoft Skills:/strong/pulliExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts)./liliStrong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership./liliCommunication skills key!
