In this pivotal role, you will drive impactful business outcomes by collaborating closely with technical leads and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our insurance operations.\nAs a Senior IT Business Analyst, your expertise and proactive collaboration will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations, fostering teamwork, and delivering solutions that add measurable value to the organization.\nKey Responsibilities

Collaborating with Duck Creek technical leads to review solutions and effectively communicating findings to business partners.\nAnalyze cumulative release notes and develop comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system integrity.\nManage and triage defects, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on business operations.\nFacilitate communication with business teams, addressing queries and gathering requirements to drive process improvements.\nDocument and enter ServiceNow tickets following Duck Creek guidelines.\nSupport policy rating, forms, use administration, billing transactions, and batch processes as needed.\nMaintains a deep understanding of the IT Organization, IT processes and business systems that they support.\nLeads and mentors team members in support of business analyst deliverables, understanding and incorporating industry best practices/standards.\nDevelops and applies strategies and best practices for QA, regression and UA efforts.\nDevelops and authors test strategy, test plans and test cases and leads testing efforts.\nContribute to data mapping and integration initiatives, using knowledge of APIs and batch processes.\nExperience analyzing technical release notes and developing testing strategies.\nKey Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems.\nAt least 5 years of business analyst experience primarily within the Financial or Insurance industry\nExtensive experience in defect triaging processes.\nExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all types across the organization to gather requirements, answer questions and understand how to communicate difficult or sensitive information.\nExperience in a functional role focused on Duck Creek Policy and/or Billing modules.\nExperience data mapping, API/batch integrations, and basic SQL.\nExperience using collaborative platforms including Jira and Confluence\nStrong situational analysis and decision-making abilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred

Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand, Active Delivery experience is a plus.\nExperience in policy rating, forms, comparative rater tools, billing transactions, and batches\nExperience analyzing technical release notes and developing testing strategies.\nOur current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary wage range for this position is approximately $90,000 to $122,000 based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role and other organizational needs.\nPlease note: The advertised pay range is not a guarantee or promise of a specific wage.
