This role is a key part of Westons overall growth strategy to diversify our market presence and offerings to our clients./ppLocation: Mid-Atlantic Region: NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE and DC Metro/ppExpected Outcome: Provide overall leadership in developing long-term client relationships, building contract sales pipelines, partnering with operations to ensure high-quality project delivery, and to grow the capacity of the required teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients in a variety of environmental and infrastructure technical areas. This role is a key part of Westons growth strategy to expand our portfolio of state and local contracts. Existing relationships with state, county, and cities agencies required. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and infrastructure trends, along with excellent communication, business development, and project management skills. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative and effective solutions./ppBuild a sustainable regional portfolio of new contracts and relationships with Municipal and State Agencies within the Mid-Atlantic Region including NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE and DC Metro while maintaining existing contract portfolio:/pulliDevelop and maintain a network of relationships with regional Teaming Partners/liliCollaborate with leadership to support the development of regional delivery teams/liliAchieving strategic, profitable, regional growth/liliAttend associations, conferences, networking events to expand the companys presence/liliStay informed about legislative changes, funding opportunities, and competitive landscape./liliSuccessfully pursue new contracts with existing and new clients, diversify the offerings we are providing./liliSupport, as appropriate, the continued development of existing client relationships/liliMentor Project Managers and Seller/Doers/li/ulpDrive development and growth:/pulliMust be highly motivated, a self-starter, and drive results./liliLead internal and external messaging./liliAssist in staff recruiting and mentoring of project staff./liliMaintain flexibility in a continuously changing and fast-paced environment./liliTranslate highly technical information so that non-technical decision makers can understand risks and opportunities related to sustainability projects and Westons offering./li/ulpKnowledge, Skills Abilities:/pulliBachelors Degree in environmental science, engineering, planning or related technical field. Salary Range: $138,273-$183,270-$228,370/p/div
