Youll work closely with customers to understand their goals and thoughtfully align them with CreatorIQs platform capabilities, encouraging long-term adoption and program success./ppYoull cultivate trusted, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholdersboth virtually and in personserving as a compassionate, proactive partner throughout the customer lifecycle. Customer Success Partners are deeply knowledgeable about our platform, attuned to influencer marketing strategy, and committed to creating measurable, positive business impact. You will be evaluated on gross retention, platform adoption, and customer health as you guide your accounts through a supportive, value-driven, and outcomes-focused journey./ppWhat youll do:/pulliServe as the primary strategic partner for enterprise customers, leading value realization conversations and aligning on long-term success goals./liliBuild strong, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication, including periodic in-person meetings and strategic onsite engagements./liliDrive platform adoption and usage by analyzing customer engagement data, identifying risk and opportunity, and helping customers unlock the value of CreatorIQs self-service tools./liliLead regular strategic business reviews, success planning sessions, and roadmap discussions aligned with the customers marketing and business objectives./liliCollaborate with Implementation and Services teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption ramp, and education at scale./liliPartner with Product Support to route technical questions and product-related issues for efficient resolution./liliCollaborate with Strategic Insights Team to deliver custom insights when customers require data analysis beyond platform capabilities./liliWork closely with Account Executives to develop and maintain joint account plans that identify customer goals, areas of risk, and expansion opportunities./liliAct as the customers internal advocate, channeling product feedback and trends into the organization to inform roadmap decisions and customer experience improvements./liliMaintain account documentation including success plans, meeting notes, risk flags, and adoption data to support consistent and proactive management./li/ulpWho you are and what youll need for this position:/pulliPassionate about influencer marketing, creator content and social media measurement/lili3+ years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role ideally working influencer marketing for an agency, brand or technology/liliProven success managing toward business KPIs goals and customer advocacy metrics./liliSkilled in navigating complex organizations and building relationships across multiple levels, from daily users to executive sponsors./liliThrives on solving problems and delivering thoughtful, customer-centric solutions./liliBuilds strong, trusted relationships and acts as a strategic advisor to your customers./liliApproaches work with curiosity and a passion for learningespecially when it comes to new tools, trends, and marketing strategies./liliBalances strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and follow-through./liliStays composed and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment./liliExperienced in using customer data to tell compelling stories, identify risk, and recommend strategies for success./liliHighly organized, proactive, and able to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts in a dynamic environment./liliConfident leading structured engagements such as success planning sessions, business reviews, and roadmap discussions./liliCollaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Implementation, Support, Product, Insights, and Sales./liliProficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and tools like Notion or Jira./li/ulpConfidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
