In addition to analyzing business needs and translating requirements into actionable solutions, you will foster collaboration, drive agile practices, and facilitate team processes to ensure project goals are met with clarity and precision./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliBusiness Analysis/liliCollaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business and functional requirements./liliAnalyze current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities./liliTranslate business needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows./liliSupport solution design and development by working closely with developers, testers, and project managers./liliMaintain clear and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle./liliIdentify requirements that can be met through configuration, and which ones would need personalization or additional customization./liliFacilitation/liliLead and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)./liliCreate an environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement./liliGuide teams in self-organization and cross-functionality, helping them resolve conflicts and reach consensus./liliAssist in the development of training materials, user guides, and change management plans./liliConduct impact assessments and support testing and validation efforts./liliAgile Ceremonies and Processes/liliChampion agile principles and practices, ensuring the team follows the Scrum framework./liliFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure they are productive and timeboxed./liliRemove obstacles and impediments that hinder the teams progress./liliCoach the team in agile methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and high performance./liliSupport the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization./liliTrack and communicate team performance using defined metrics and KPIs./liliFoster a culture of servant leadership, mentoring team members and encouraging ownership of deliverables./liliCoordinate re-estimation of incomplete work, determine team velocity, and generate sprint review reports./liliLead process improvement initiatives identified during retrospectives./li/ulpWhat You Will Need:/ppMust be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
