This is a client-facing role where youll act as the trusted advisor, translating business goals into clear marketing strategies and coordinating with our fulfillment teams (ads, SEO, design, copy) to deliver results. Your mission: keep clients engaged, satisfied, and growing by driving ROI, providing insights, and building long-term partnerships. In collaboration with the Account Management Team and all departments, the Marketing Account Manager is responsible for the success of Wishpond Technologies Ltd./ppResponsibilities:/pulliManage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the main point of contact./liliUnderstand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs for fulfillment teams./liliCoordinate with design, copy, SEO, and advertising specialists to deliver cohesive campaigns./liliMonitor campaign results, analyze performance, and present insights in client-friendly reports./liliProactively identify risks, propose optimizations, and uncover upsell opportunities./liliBuild strong client relationships through clear, consistent, and strategic communication./liliEnsure deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli24 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing strategy./liliStrong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email, Social Ads) and how they drive business results./liliExpertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Google Analytics (not required to run campaigns, but to interpret results)./liliProven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously./liliExcellent communication and presentation skillsable to turn complex data into actionable insights for clients./liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail./liliFluent English (written and spoken)./liliExperience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plus./liliCRM or marketing automation experience is a plus./liliBackground in SaaS or agency environment is a plus./li/ulpWork Environment:/pulliIt is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, and headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection.
