WEBTOON Entertainment adaptations are available on Netflix, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, and other screens around the world, and the companys content partners include Discord, HYBE and DC Comics, among many others./ppWEBTOON is seeking a hands-on Campaign Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to execute and optimize CRM campaigns that deepen user engagement across the customer journeyfrom onboarding through long-term retention. This role will own day-to-day CRM execution across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS, partnering closely with Product to translate roadmap priorities and in-app experiences into high-performing lifecycle programs./ppThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with experience building and running lifecycle/CRM campaigns in digital media, publishing, or subscription-based businesses.
