A Customer & Business Solutions Representative II works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehousefrom stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.\nA Sample of What You'll Do in This Role:

Handle electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software\nRespond to customer sales inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner\nSubmit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment\nWork closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs\nConduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory\nSupport the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns\nPrepare reports under manager's supervision\nAid team members in administrative tasks\nWhat You Bring to the Role:

2+ years of experience preferred but not required\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nExperience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)\nThe ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios\nMobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit:
