In this pivotal role, you will work directly with software solution providers, developers, and game industry professionals to champion the adoption of NVIDIA platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise and commercial go-to-market experience, along with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges. This manager will connect innovative AI technologies with the gaming industry to develop efficiency gains and groundbreaking player experiences./ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/pulliServe as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in the gaming industry, with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies./liliPrimary point of contact with developers: NVIDIAs partnership programs, manage contracts, technical engagements, and go-to-market support with partners./liliDrive business development initiatives, negotiating partnerships and technical collaborations with large companies in both gaming and adjacent industries./liliLiaise with external RD teams to influence new and existing products, and connect industry stakeholders with internal teams when appropriate./liliRepresent NVIDIA at conferences, panels, and industry events, showcasing AI innovation in gaming and related sectors./liliCollaborate multi-functionally with NVIDIA solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies./liliRepresent and advocate for the partners technical needs and provide feedback to NVIDIAs internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from the field to influence product roadmaps./liliContribute strategic insights into NVIDIA research initiatives and the development of tools that enhance creative and technical workflows./liliAct as a thought leader in the gaming and AI ecosystems by identifying emerging trends, platforms, and productivity tools, and shape adoption strategies./liliEngage with engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, solve technical challenges, and promote best practices for successful integrations./liliGuide partners through onboarding and integration with NVIDIAs programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions./li/ulpWhat We Need to See:/pulliBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)./liliA minimum of 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in the game development or entertainment industry./liliProven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, gaming ISVs, or within relevant verticals./liliSignificant technical proficiency in high-performance computing, game development, computer graphics, cloud, and or AI/ML./liliExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives./liliExperience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops./liliProven ability to structure and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal, product, or marketing teams as needed)./li/ulpWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:/pulliHands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions./liliFamiliarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms./liliTrack record in designing and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making./liliSuccessful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs./liliProven experience working with GPU manufacturers, cloud AI providers, and research labs./li/ulpWith competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the most desirable employers. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.
