Email Marketing Project Coordinator
About the Role: We're looking for an exceptionally organized Email Marketing Project Coordinator to act as the glue between our internal team and client stakeholders. You won't be creating emails yourselfbut you'll be quarterbacking the process: tracking tasks, nudging approvals, and updating reports. This is a detail-heavy role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Key Responsibilities:
Own the task tracking for email designers and copywriters (assigningnot executing) Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely approvals Update reporting documents based on inputs from stakeholders Keep project timelines accurate and up-to-date Proactively flag delays, blockers, or gaps in communication
