PurposeMed is looking for an Account Manager (340B) to join our growing Freddie USA team. As our partnerships rapidly expand across states and community organizations, we're looking for someone who can bridge data analysis, operational excellence, and partner relationship management with Freddie USA's 340B partners, which are an essential component of our go-to-market strategy. This role will be pivotal in ensuring Freddie's 340B partnerships are efficient, compliant, and performance-driven. You will translate data into actionable insights, support data sharing and integrations with third parties (such as Third-Party Administrators (TPA)), manage invoicing and reconciliation, and provide day-to-day operational support to 340B Partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of partner management, analytics, reporting, and operational execution, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, particularly Freddie's US-focused team. In this role, you'll make an impact by: Building trusted relationships by responding quickly to partner needs and delivering clear, actionable information Leading onboarding and training for new partners on Freddie's reporting tools and workflows Managing and reconciling partner invoicing across multiple PurposeMed product lines, including HIV prevention, HIV treatment, and pharmacy services Strengthen long-term partnerships that enhance access to affirming, community-centered care Collaborating with 340B/Sales team to accelerate forward momentum of injectable PrEP and HIV+ Care with 340B Partners Supporting contracting and implementation of HIV+ Care, injectable PrEP and Affirming Care Pharmacy services with Partners Utilizing data insights, partner/community needs and industry knowledge to identify and recommend opportunities for optimization and growth with existing and potential partners, in collaboration with the Sales Team Translating complex partner data into clear, actionable reports that track performance, demographics, and pharmacy utilization Analyzing partner and patient-level data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improved performance Collaborating with the data team to understand client reporting needs and ensure insights are delivered accurately and on time Building authentic relationships with LGBTQIA+ communities, health centers, grantee partners, and key stakeholders to advance PurposeMed's mission and promote health equity Planning, executing, and participating in sponsored and non-sponsored events to foster engagement, enhance partner relations, and increase brand awareness Gathering and sharing community insights to inform program design, partnership development, and communication strategies Representing PurposeMed at conferences, summits, and community events to strengthen visibility, trust, and long-term partnerships Staying up to date on evolving 340B legislative and compliance requirements and sharing relevant updates with internal teams Drafting internal communications such as 340B updates and newsletters to keep teams informed Collaborating closely with Freddie's USA team, Account Management, and Operations to ensure program accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Providing internal analytics support to inform strategic decision-making across the organization We need someone who has: 24+ years of professional experience in account management, partner success, operations, analytics, or a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills including Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas) Exposure to the 340B Drug Pricing Program or healthcare reimbursement models (ideally 1+ years) The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information for clients and internal teams Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management abilities A solutions-focused mindset, and the desire to work in a cross functional team Clear communicationthis position will require the ability to deeply understand the needs of a diverse mix of covered entities and communicate the value of Freddie USA's offerings Strong project management and prioritization skills Tenacity and drivethe ability to see challenges as opportunities and creatively overcome obstacles with a bias towards action A passion and interest in PurposeMed's mission in solving healthcare challenges for underserved communities The ability to travel occasionally (up to twice per month) across the US and Canada It would also be great if you have: Experience with data visualization tools Familiarity with healthcare performance reporting, population health metrics, or pharmacy utilization analytics Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 USD a year Earn stock options through our Equity Incentive Planconnect your efforts to PurposeMed's growth as we work together to improve the lives of our patients across North America.
