For a strong motivated individual, there is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact to a critical growth lever for the company from day one./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliMonitor, understand and optimize key SEO metrics via continuous experimentation./liliPerform regular competitor analysis including gap analysis, SERP ownership, and feature comparison to identify opportunities and threats./liliConduct keyword research and mapping for product categories, identifying opportunities based on volume, competition, and intent./liliPartner closely with the engineering team to build automated engineering solutions that drive efficiency and scale./liliMonitor and analyze core algorithm updates, conducting impact assessments and developing action plans to maintain or improve rankings./liliAnalyze crawl data and log files to identify indexation issues, optimize crawl budget, and improve site architecture./liliCollaborate with content teams to develop and optimize product descriptions, buying guides, and SEO-driven content that matches user search intent./liliDevelop strategies for seasonal peaks and promotional periods to maximize organic visibility./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulli3+ years of SEO experience, with 2 years focused on eCommerce or large-scale websites preferred./liliStrong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Nozzle etc../liliProficiency in analyzing and interpreting large datasets using Excel, Google Big Query, SQL, and/or Python to draw actionable insights./liliExperience optimizing crawl budget and URL parameter handling for large eCommerce sites./liliDeep foundation of leveraging core SEO concepts (keyword research, user intent, crawlability, mobile-friendly, page speed, etc.)/liliStrong technical SEO skills including: content optimization, XML Sitemaps, structured data, robots, website rendering etc./liliWillingness to introduce and advocate for new ideas/approaches/liliAbility to follow through and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment/liliBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field./li/ulpAssistance for Individuals with Disabilities Wayfair is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
