Own XDM schema design, data governance, and data quality standards aligned with enterprise architecture

Design and oversee real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines into AEP from multiple source systems

Drive AJO journey design, orchestration, and activation across channels in collaboration with marketing and product teams

Enable advanced customer insights and reporting using CJA Workspace, including metric design and attribution

Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AEP solutions

Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, and regulatory requirements

Provide domain leadership, best practices, and guidance to delivery teams and vendors; support roadmap planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation for AEP initiatives
