Experience and Technical Expertise:

Minimum 12 years overall software/CRM experience with at least 7-10 years directly working on Salesforce ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.\nProven hands-on experience architecting complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.\nStrong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets), and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).\nDeep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex programming, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AppExchange solutions.\nExpertise with Salesforce integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, external APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies to build scalable, performant solutions\nExperience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and release management best practices.\nAbility to handle data migration, data governance, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations as needed\nFamiliarity with AppExchange marketplace for third-party solutions and the ability to evaluate and leverage these in solution designs.\nFunctional & Leadership Skills

Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures.\nLead solution design workshops, create process flows, user stories, architecture diagrams, and comprehensive documentation.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, admins, and external vendors\nProvide technical leadership and governance ensuring architectural consistency, standards, and best practices.\nCertification & Other Skills

Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications strongly preferred.\nAdditional certifications like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, or Technical Architect (CTA) are a plus.\nStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.\nPrior working experience with Digital Media Space is preferred\nRoles & Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis - Understand business requirements from business users.\nImpact Analysis of any new requirements on existing system • System Designing - Understand the requirement and design a versatile high-concurrency system for business needs. Also, evaluate the different solutions available to determine the best suited one. Hands-On coding for new requirement.\nProvide code reviews to make sure newly written code follows the SPE standard.\nBuild the system following all SPE standards and guidelines. Take care of the release plan.\nCo-ordinate with all the parties involved to make sure the system is full filling the business needs.\nDocumentation of all processes followed to ensure smooth project flow.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.

Deep knowledge of data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader, Informatica).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
