Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

Experience in incident, problem, change management, and continuous improvement processes.

Ability to articulate and deliver projects, work with diverse teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Handle tickets including incidents and service requests, ensure SLA adherence, perform root cause analysis.
