Discovery Consumer Products retail sales growth initiatives, develops, sells in, executes and activates key domestic retail strategies that align with Warner Bros. Discoverys strategic marketing, sales, brands and franchise portfolio initiatives. The Manager will act as a Sales Retail Business Development Account Executive, Brand Ambassador, Change Agent, and Influencer leveraging licensees and Warner Bros. Discoverys organizations./ppYour Role Accountabilities.../ppstrongCollaboration Ownership/strong/pulliWorks reports directly with the Director, Sales Retail Business Development to drive Walmart US Walmart Canada - Infant Home, Pet Care, Hardlines, Seasonal, Canada Specialty - EB Games, Giant Tiger, Winners, Indigo (Loblaws-TRU low touch) to develop business plans, strategies and revenue goals./liliDevelops opportunistic sales strategies in collaboration with licensees and retailers/liliIdentifies white space opportunities to drive incremental revenue/liliPartners with Sales RBD Team/Licensees/Category/Franchise/Retail Marketing/Product Development to develop execute retail strategies initiatives/liliCommunicates WBDCP licensing and marketing strategies to retail accounts/liliFacilitates collaboration and supports the execution of retail programs/liliAnalyzes retail pos data, identifies gaps opportunities to drive to retail/liliWorks directly and in conjunction with the Director, with appropriate retail personnel (e.g. buyers, marketing, planning)/liliDirectly manages retail programs focused on specific lines of business revenue goals/liliManages and maintains weekly team reports, recaps sales team documents/liliProvides internal external business retail updates/liliManages and executes key account planning, budget quarterly forecasting in partnership with Category/Licensees/Retailers/Franchise/Finance/Retail Analytics/Marketing/liliAssists in Joint Business Plans: Retailers key licensing partners/liliCollaborates and partners with Retail Marketing/Franchise teams driving retail initiatives activations/liliManages Ad pub budget related to accounts/liliManages TE budget/liliApplies competitive and industry knowledge, trends data to everyday decision-making/liliActs as decision maker with guidance from Director Sales/liliAssists with development and execution of studio swing presentations/liliPresents develops high quality retail presentations leveraging franchise strategies, consumer insights and market trends that support the Warner Bros. brand and franchises/li/ulpstrongRetail Strategy, Planning Development/strong/pulliResponsible for having strong knowledge of corporate strategies, initiatives, eCommerce and industry trends Walmart U.S. Walmart Canada Canada Specialty accounts: EB Games, Giant Tiger, Winners, Indigo (Loblaws-Toys R Us low touch)/liliDrives deliverables at retail utilizing knowledge and understanding of Warner Bros.
