Description

Group O is seeking a Bilingual (English/ Spanish ) Call Center Customer Service Representative responsible for efficient and courteous responses to customer questions and concerns.

As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to individuals who contact our organization on behalf of our clients for assistance. Acting as the first point of contact, you will manage a variety of inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and critical thinking skills.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions:\nReceive incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with inquiries, orders, product information, billing questions, account maintenance, or technical support. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to meet their needs.\nListen actively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of their issues, and work diligently to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction. Utilize available resources, tools, and knowledge bases to troubleshoot and address inquiries effectively.\nBuild rapport and establish positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions. Tailor responses to meet the unique needs and preferences of each customer.\nMaintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, features, pricing, and promotions. Continuously update knowledge through training sessions, documentation review, and communication with internal teams.\nAssist customers with placing orders, processing returns or exchanges, tracking shipments, and managing account information. Follow established procedures for order entry, verification, and fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\nAccurately record all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the appropriate systems or databases. Generate reports or summaries as required to track performance metrics, trends, and customer feedback.\nCollaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer inquiries that require specialized expertise or escalation. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate efforts and provide seamless support to customers.\nProactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, procedures, and service delivery methods to improve the overall customer experience. Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Representative , you will be the cornerstone of our commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support and information to members, providers, and patients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of their healthcare plans and services. By adhering to compliance guidelines and embodying our company values, you will deliver extraordinary service while building trust and rapport with current and prospective members.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Interactions:\nManage inquiries in areas such as Member Services, Medicare, and Billing, assisting Spanish- and English-speaking customers.\nRepresent our client professionally by addressing and documenting all incoming queries, including complex calls related to specialized product lines.

Quality Service:

Uphold the organization's philosophy of extraordinary customer relations.\nProactively engage with Health Plan, medical group, and facility personnel to gather relevant information for resolving member inquiries.

Problem Resolution:

Analyze and evaluate customer issues to initiate and coordinate service recovery measures.\nDocument all member interactions meticulously following established procedures.

Healthcare Knowledge

Demonstrate familiarity with health insurance terminology (copays, deductibles, claims, authorizations, etc.).\nUnderstand Medicare/Medicaid plans and regulations, and explain plan benefits, provider networks, and coverage policies.

Operational Excellence

Leverage a thorough understanding of company policies and processes to meet customer needs effectively.\nContribute to departmental goals and objectives while maintaining proficiency through ongoing training and use of required tools.

Performance Metrics:

Monitor and achieve Contact Center KPIs, including call handling, first call resolution, and member retention.

Compliance and Ethics:

Consistently uphold company compliance standards and Code of Conduct, ensuring privacy and confidentiality of member information.\nAdhere to HIPAA regulations to protect personal health information (PHI) and maintain data security.

Tools and Systems:

Use multiple systems/screens while assisting callers effectively\nNavigate CRM, EMR/EHR, and ticketing platforms effectively

What You Bring:

Experience:

Fluency in

both Spanish and English

(spoken and written) is required.\nMinimum of two (2) years of customer service or healthcare member-interaction experience.\nPrevious call center experience and/or prior experience in the health insurance industry (preferred).

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nProven analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to respond concisely and clearly to customer queries.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nTyping speed of at least 35 WPM with a 5% or lower error rate.
