
divh2Manager - Branch (Security Sales)/h2pAs the Manager - Branch (Security Sales), you will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of a B2B small-scale retail location in our Communications and Security Solutions division. You will manage staff, finances, merchandise, and drive sales and customer service. You will ensure best practices and quality standards are met to achieve key results and support company strategies. You will have an integrated leadership role including, but not limited to, warehouse and customer service duties. You will support a branch with a $1M - $5M revenue or less./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliDrive customer service excellence to every aspect of the branch, including showroom appearance, display of merchandise, product placement and store layout./liliEnsure strategic goals and sales targets are met by maximizing sales and gross profit, reviewing sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing inventory investment./liliHire, train, develop, and supervise a small team of non-management employees./liliProvide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations. Assess needs and build career paths./liliCoordinate staffing schedules and conduct weekly staff meetings./liliEnsure the branch complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as local health regulations./liliNetwork to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and the company./liliStay abreast of the competition and emerging technologies./liliIdentify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with existing and potential customers. Develop and maintains relationships with top accounts./liliEnsure customer (in person) visits are scheduled regularly with the designated OSR./liliAddress customer concerns and ensure best possible outcome./liliDevelop strategies to expand walk in traffic and optimize profitability./liliAnalyze/monitor inventory/ stock movement./liliPlan organize customer events, local tradeshow needs, seminars and supplier counter days./liliCreate protocols to protect the store including theft management./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors Degree - Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field preferred./lili5-7 years prior professional sales experience in related industry./lili1-3 years prior experience with managing a team./liliWorking knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people and resources./liliDemonstrated verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills./liliKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction./liliAbility to exercise teamwork, leadership, and flexibility./liliExcellent time management and computer skills./li/ulpstrongWorking Environment:/strong Outside Sales Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities.
