Head of Account Management About the Company Expanding provider of slots & content for the online casino industry Industry Gambling & Casinos Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Account Management to oversee the strategic evolution and commercial performance of its client base. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving sustainable, long-term revenue growth and high-impact profitability in line with the company's ambitious strategic direction. This role involves taking full accountability for meeting and exceeding revenue targets, recruiting and leading a high-performance team of Account Managers, and acting as a subject matter expert to ensure clients receive elite assistance in optimizing revenue. The Head of Account Management will also be responsible for the Account Management P&L, including budget processes, incentive plans, and continuous performance reviews.

Applicants for the Head of Account Management position at the company should have a proven track record of driving significant commercial growth in a senior account management or commercial role. Expert experience in leading, developing, and scaling a team to achieve high-velocity growth targets is essential, as is extensive experience in the online gaming sector, particularly within B2B account management. The role requires a solid knowledge of the online RNG casino and slots sector, with a clear understanding of what makes game content successful. The ideal candidate will be a highly target-driven individual with strong financial acumen and a focus on commercial ROI, capable of representing the brand at major global events and driving networking and business opportunities.
