Identify household needs and recommend tailored AT&T Fiber solutions, closing enrollments that maximize value and satisfaction.
Ensure CRM accuracy and compliance by documenting activations, upgrades, and customer feedback to strengthen retention and performance.
Troubleshoot billing, device, and connectivity concerns with timely resolutions, escalating complex cases through AT&T’s structured support channels.
Collaborate with supervisors and fellow Customer Account Representatives to refine sales strategies, uphold AT&T Fiber messaging, and meet campaign benchmarks.
