Trains sales organization and facilitates use of sales IT-tools in daily business.
Supporting general sales team in handling key processes and systems to provide the best customer experience.
Builds and maintains working relationships with both customers and relevant Henkel departments for efficient execution of sales related processes.
Ad hoc tasks (guidance to identify appropriate contact for specific tasks).
