Overview
This freelance opportunity is for an experienced producer to coordinate a kids lifestyle photo and video shoot featuring innovative, screen-free, voice-activated AI toys in San Francisco. The role involves managing all aspects of the shoot, from pre-production planning to on-site execution, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for children and families. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in commercial or branded content production, a strong sense of organization, and the ability to foster a positive, kid-friendly environment throughout the project.
Responsibilities
Oversee all logistics for the photo and video shoot, including scheduling, location management, and on-site coordination
Source and secure appropriate locations, props, and set dressing to align with the creative vision
Book and manage hair and makeup professionals for children and provide light touch-ups for parents as needed
Ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for kids and families during the shoot
Support the shoot schedule, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear communication with all team members
Manage day-of production tasks, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience producing commercial, branded, or lifestyle photo and video shoots
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially when working with children and families
Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, source props, and coordinate set dressing and styling
Experience booking and managing hair and makeup professionals for shoots
Must be available on site in San Francisco for the duration of the project
Ability to maintain a calm, positive, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
