generate their own pipeline

What You’ll Sell Roofing replacements & repairs Siding (vinyl/fiber cement) Gutters and exterior upgrades (as needed) Rebuild / reconstruction projects (restoration-related and retail) Cross-sell opportunities from our restoration and service brands Territory You’ll work across

Glen Burnie, Frederick, and Grasonville

and surrounding areas. You can be based near any of the three—this is a field role. What You’ll Do Run in-home appointments and inspections Work company leads fast and professionally Build your own lead sources (builders, property managers, realtors, HOAs, adjusters, referral partners, community networking) Create estimates, proposals, and follow-ups Close deals and hand off clean scopes to production Keep pipeline updates organized (CRM discipline matters) Represent a family-owned, high-standard operation What “Success” Looks Like You don’t blame the market—you create opportunities You keep a full pipeline without being babysat You close clean deals and communicate clearly You build referral momentum month after month Requirements Proven sales experience in

roofing/siding/exteriors

OR construction/rebuild sales Comfortable with

commission-based earnings

and performance accountability Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Strong communication and follow-up habits Ability to climb ladders / perform basic exterior inspections (or willingness to learn safely) Preferred (Not Required) Experience with insurance-related sales (restoration/claims) Existing local network in Glen Burnie / Frederick / Eastern Shore Familiarity with estimating tools or CRMs Compensation Base + commission
