Responsibilities
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory through strategic account management
Educate healthcare providers and other stakeholders on the benefits of Neurocrine products
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community mental health clinics
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills
Proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution and payer requirements
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented approach
