Sales Manager , you will be responsible for selling advertising packages to local businesses and managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close. This is a
commission-based role with strong earning potential , ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to grow with a scaling company. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and sell advertising opportunities to local businesses Build and manage a pipeline of advertisers Educate clients on the value of digital signage and local visibility Close deals and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packages, and growth strategy Represent Candas Advertising professionally in the local market What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, advertising, media, or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to earn based on performance Experience selling local advertising is a strong plus Compensation
