Job Title: Optical Sales Associate. Company: Cohen’s Fashion Optical. The Optical Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting patients with eyewear selection, fittings, and optical product education. This role combines fashion, sales, and basic optical knowledge to ensure customers receive the best vision solutions suited to their needs and lifestyle. Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a positive in-store experience. Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and optical accessories. Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and eyewear care. Perform basic measurements and frame adjustments. Process sales transactions, insurance information, and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. Support opticians and optometrists as needed. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or sales experience preferred (optical experience a plus). Strong communication and customer service skills. Sales-driven with attention to detail.
