Senior Account Manager (Agency Operations) Location: Burbank, CA (in-office; local commute required) Company: Times10 Times10 is a creative and experiential agency working with leading brands on culture-driven campaigns, premium content, and real-world activations. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with an operations background to lead client relationships while ensuring projects are executed efficiently and at a high standard. Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts Own day-to-day account management, timelines, and internal workflows Translate client objectives into clear briefs, schedules, and deliverables Partner closely with creative, production, and operations teams Lead client calls, presentations, and ongoing status updates Oversee project scope, resourcing, and budgets; identify and solve issues proactively Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards Help improve internal processes and agency operations as the company scales Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative, content, experiential, or advertising agency Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager, Account Supervisor, or similar role Strong operational and project management skills Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities Proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and production teams Must be able to commute to and work from our Burbank, CA office Preferred

Experience with experiential, social, or content-driven campaigns Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, or Smartsheet
