growing its presence in the US market. This is a
full-cycle Account Executive role , where outbound prospecting is a core responsibility alongside closing. You’ll have ownership of your territory, close alignment with leadership, and the opportunity to grow with a business investing heavily in its US expansion. The Role
This is a true full-cycle AE role, meaning you will: Generate your own outbound pipeline Run discovery, demos, and negotiations Operate without dedicated SDR support initially (SDR support planned as the team scales) Responsibilities
Build outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, social outreach, events, and in-person activity Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets Track activity, pipeline, and KPIs to drive predictable results Maintain accurate CRM records Develop and refine outbound messaging and sales processes for the US market Stay current on product updates, competitor movements, and industry trends Attend trade shows and industry events Contribute to ongoing US go-to-market execution What Good Looks Like
You’re comfortable prospecting and closing — outbound is a core part of the role You enjoy short, high-velocity sales cycles You take ownership of pipeline health and results You thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments What We’re Looking For
Closing experience (SaaS / tech preferred) Proven ability to self-source pipeline Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills Experience running demos and managing short sales cycles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly self-directed, organised, and accountable Comfortable selling into an SMB-focused market $150k OTE ($75k base / $75k variable, uncapped) 401(k) Accelerated growth path as the US team scales
