Pay:

$22/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Contract:

6-month contract (very likely extension; permanent roles possible for top performers)

Location:

Remote (Work from Home)

Job Overview We are hiring

Membership Growth Consultants

to support a healthcare provider focused on serving senior communities. This is an

inside sales role

responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and helping grow patient membership through outbound calls and community engagement.

This is a

6-month project expected to extend

and may become open-ended. While contract-based, high performers are often considered for permanent opportunities.

Candidates should

review the provided materials and watch the “Day in the Life” video

prior to interviewing. We can also schedule a call to walk through expectations and answer questions.

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads using CRM tools

Build rapport and trust with senior populations through outbound calls

Establish relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community organizations

Participate in and support local community events and outreach initiatives

Maintain relationships with health plan agents and community partners

Coordinate event logistics and vendor engagement when applicable

Accurately document all activity and outcomes in Salesforce CRM

Work toward defined activity goals and performance metrics

Required Experience

Inside sales, call center, or quota-driven sales experience

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfort engaging seniors with empathy and professionalism

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Background

Healthcare, insurance, financial services, or service-based sales experience

Experience with community outreach or event-based engagement

Hunter mindset with a consultative, non-pushy sales approach

Education

High school diploma or GED

required

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

preferred
