Overview Junior Sales Executive – Luxury Furniture & Design

We are seeking a sales-minded, tech-comfortable Junior Sales Executive to help grow our trade-focused business. This is a sales-first role for someone early in their career who loves furniture, enjoys outreach and follow-up, and is motivated by earning commission.

This is a new role working closely with the President in a hardworking, fast-moving environment. We’re looking for someone organized and tech-savvy, but also human, curious, and relationship-driven - not rigid or overly corporate.

Responsibilities

Genuine interest in furniture, interiors, and design, with a strong visual eye

Naturally strong people skills and comfort building professional relationships

Motivated by performance and earning potential

Highly organized with consistent follow-through

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (CRM experience a plus)

Comfortable supporting light social media content with good taste and judgment

Able to work in a creative, fast-moving environment

Structured yet flexible — organized without rigidity

Polished written and verbal communication

The role includes supporting day-to-day sales follow-through and helping keep priorities moving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

About Our Company We are a luxury furniture and design brand based at the New York Design Center (NYDC), working primarily with interior designers across residential, hospitality, and select wholesale accounts. Our business is design-led, relationship-driven, and focused on long-term partnerships within the design community.
