Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area for a Sales Team Lead at LOFT. As a Sales Team Lead, you will oversee daily store operations while inspiring and guiding your team to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and coaching team members, fostering a motivating and positive work environment, analyzing sales performance to ensure targets are met, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers. You will play a vital role in achieving operational success and upholding LOFT’s brand standards.

Qualifications

Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to effectively lead, develop, and motivate a team.

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for providing a positive customer experience and clear team collaboration.

Proven Sales experience and the ability to drive revenue and achieve performance targets.

Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and implement strategies for improvement.

Previous retail experience preferred, with a strong understanding of store operations and management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
