Job Description Summary The Account Executive is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting and nurturing potential leads to develop opportunities and achieve sales and revenue goals. Account executives are driven and competitive individuals who focus on generating and closing new business opportunities with small to large business owners in the Hospitality, Residential, and Short-term rental Industry. We are looking for hardworking people who possess a comprehensive understanding of at least one of these markets: enterprise software, digital e-commerce marketing, ancillary services (payments, background checks, utilities). Successful candidates must have a strong, self-motivated work ethic and the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets. What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas Acquire new customers from a variety of lead sources including hot, warm, and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships, and events Develop and close sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and diligent follow up Identify business challenges and requirements and effectively communicate with and sell to prospects Address prospects’/customers’ challenges by presenting, demonstrating, and persuasively communicating the value of the solution Maintain accurate data and records in CRM for weekly forecasting and reporting Represent the company positively in the marketplace Represent the company at industry-related trade shows, company-sponsored events, and in-market acquisition trips Deliver compelling sales presentations/demos Maintain a high level of phone communication with existing clients and new prospects Public speaking to groups of 50+ as needed Qualifications

Minimum qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales and the vacation industry Proven track record of sales achievement In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques Excellent communication skills including fundamental presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Strong accountability and commitment to excellence Energetic phone presence and excellent active listening skills Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders Future-forward thinker who bridges traditional property management mindsets and the future of their business Adapts well to and is energized by change Ability to discern priorities and manage multiple requests with ease Ability to take initiative and work autonomously while staying available to other team members Willingness to travel (quarterly, on average 3-4 times per year) Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is preferred Type
