Overview
The Rummani Team at Compass is looking for a
licensed real estate salesperson
to join our growing Manhattan-based team. We specialize in Manhattan and Brooklyn residential real estate and are known for our hands-on, full-service approach, pricing strategy, and fast deal execution. This role is ideal for a motivated agent who wants to
build their business within a collaborative, high-producing team
while gaining exposure to active listings, buyers, and real-world deal experience.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
Host open houses and private showings
Manage active leads and follow-up through CRM systems
Assist with listing launches, pricing strategy, and marketing execution
Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, management companies, and co-op/condo boards
Support negotiations, contracts, and deal progression through closing
Work on board packages
Meet photographers, floorplan renderers, videographers
Help prepare listings for market
What We’re Looking For
Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Experience/ knowledge in Manhattan residential real estate (UES/UWS experience a plus)
Experience with co-op sales
Someone willing to be in the office weekly
