What You’ll Do Deliver Strategic Technical Partnership
Serve as the primary technical lead for assigned enterprise customers.
Analyze workflows, business needs, and infrastructure to recommend well‑suited simulation solutions.
Plan and execute technical strategies with account managers to support growth and long‑term engagement.
Enable Customer Success
Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and training activities tailored to customer needs.
Guide adoption and deployment of Ansys tools to help customers achieve engineering and business goals.
Track and document technical engagements to ensure consistent follow‑through and measurable results.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with consulting, support, training, presales, and other internal groups to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Support account‑based marketing and technical outreach efforts that drive expansion and product usage.
What You’ll Bring Education & Experience
5+ years of professional engineering experience, preferably in the aerospace sector.
BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience using Ansys or similar CAE/CAD/EDA/PLM tools.
Demonstrated understanding of Ansys products, technology, and their use within specific customer segments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical initiatives with clarity and accuracy.
Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
Skills
Strong technical acumen with the ability to dive deep into engineering challenges and apply Ansys tools effectively.
Strategic thinker with a structured approach to problem‑solving and opportunity identification.
Clear , confident communicator able to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
