This team is the call center sales engine of Milan, and it is where the client journey begins. You will speak with warm, high-intent leads who want to start their hair-free journey, ditch their razor, and feel more confident in their skin. The Role About The Role

— You will be the first impression of Milan for prospective clients across the country. Through inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chat, you will communicate our brand in a way that is professional, clear, and energizing. Your primary goal is to convert warm, high-intent leads into booked consultations by helping them feel confident and excited to start their hair-free journey.

This is fast-paced, metric-driven work where your performance directly influences your earnings. You will balance accuracy, speed, and strong service while creating a positive experience that reflects the Milan standard.

Compensation

Base Pay:

$20.00 per hour ($41,600 annually)

Bilingual Differential:

$1.50 per hour

Total Cash Earnings:

$22.85+ per hour with commission ($60,000+ annually)

Top performers:

earn more than $36.00+ per hour ($75,000+ annually)

Schedule:

Three, ten-hour weekday shifts with rotating weekend coverage (40hrs/wk).

Morning shifts run from 7:30am–6:00pm

Evening shifts run from 12:00pm–10:30pm

Saturday shifts run from 8:00am–6:30pm or 12:00pm–10:30pm

Sunday shifts run from 8:00am–6:30pm

Monday–Friday: 7:30am–10:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am–10:30pm

Sunday: 8:00am–6:30pm

Lead Type:

All inbound and marketing-generated

No cold calling

You’ll Do Client Engagement and Lead Conversion

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chats

Convert warm marketing-generated leads into booked consultations

Build rapport quickly using empathy, clear communication, and confidence

Create urgency and excitement to start LHR

Maintain strong relationships with clinic partners and internal teams

Operational Excellence

Follow Dynamic Scripting and Standard Operating Procedures

Respond promptly across all communication channels, often handling multiple conversations at once

Coordinate scheduling needs with clinic teams

Document accurate and complete records of interactions

Performance and Productivity

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Balance quality and efficiency in a high-volume lead environment

Prioritize workload to drive strong conversion outcomes

Growth and Innovation

Participate in new initiatives and departmental pilots

Share insights on client trends and lead behavior

Support continuous improvement efforts across the team

Professional Development

Participate in coaching and one-on-one performance sessions

Apply feedback to strengthen sales effectiveness

Engage in team collaboration and training activities

Qualifications Skills Requirements

Bilingual in both English and Spanish

Delivers exceptional client experiences with empathy, responsiveness, and strong connection

Makes clients feel supported, valued, and ready to take the next step

Operates with ownership, sets personal goals, and drives results

Looks for ways to improve efficiency, conversion, and team performance

Role Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

One year of customer service experience

One year of phone sales, appointment setting, or KPI-driven work

Call center experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Ability to type at least 60 words per minute

Interest in the aesthetics industry
