ABOUT THE ROLE Orchestra is seeking an Account Executive to join our Channels team. This role will support corporate, consumer, and impact clients, ranging from startups and VC-backed companies to nonprofits and advocacy organizations. The ideal candidate brings strong consumer brand experience, comfort working across industries, and a solid foundation in email and social media.
You’ll collaborate with creative, brand, influencer, and production partners to deliver thoughtful, effective digital work.
Role location:
This role will ideally be based in one of our offices (3 days per week in New York, N.Y., Washington, D.C., Boston, M.A., Seattle, W.A., Miami, F.L., Los Angeles, C.A.), or can be fully remote with occasional travel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS As an Account Executive, you will:
Support day-to-day management of 3-6 client accounts, primarily consumer-facing, with a mix of advocacy work
Develop and execute digital communications across email and social media, including influencer collaboration
Write and edit clear, compelling copy for emails, social posts, and integrated digital campaigns
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Brand, Influencer, and Channels
Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insights across email and social campaigns
Support real-time or rapid-response moments when needed
Adapt responsibilities as team capacity and client needs evolve
Essential skills:
2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally at an agency
Strong consumer brand experience (B2C, B2B, or DTC), with the ability to translate that experience across advocacy and nonprofit work
Background in email marketing preferred, including strategy, content development, and performance analysis
Familiarity with email and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Action Network, or EveryAction
Experience managing or contributing to social media strategy and content, with interest in influencer-adjacent work
Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and audience
Strategic thinker who understands how email and social channels support broader brand and communications goals
WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Salary range
(commensurate with experience and skills): $65,000–$80,000
