What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Quote and sell insurance products to both new and existing customers Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage options based on their needs Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insureds regarding their insurance and driving history Explain coverage and payment options to customers effectively Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as required
What is Required (Qualifications): Must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in quoting and selling insurance products Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry Knowledge of current market trends and regulations Proven track record of meeting sales targets or goals
