Your Role In Connecting The World As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling wireless site solutions products across the Pacific Northwest territory as part of the Wireless Site Solutions Sales organization. You will work closely with internal engineering, product management, operations, and supply chain teams to align customer requirements with technical product solutions and achieve regional revenue and growth objectives. Position is field-based in the Pacific Northwest with regular travel. This role is open to candidates currently residing in Oregon or Washington. You Will Make An Impact By Owning and managing all sales activity within the assigned region with a high degree of independence, accountability, and urgency. Acting as a self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, drives customer engagement, and advances deals without close supervision. Developing, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 customers including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile, as well as Distribution Partners, A&Es, and General Contractors. Serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating internal resources to support product sales opportunities. Planning and executing regional sales activities through routine customer visits, training sessions, and product updates. Managing ongoing account relationships to achieve assigned product sales goals and regional financial objectives. Executing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through product presentation, negotiation, and close. Demonstrating strong technical expertise in assigned product lines and maintaining working knowledge of the broader product portfolio. Understanding customer business models, deployment requirements, and technical needs to recommend appropriate product solutions. Performing revenue forecasting, account planning, and pipeline management to support accurate business planning. Providing daily and weekly summary reporting on customer activity, pipeline status, forecasts, and sales performance. Required Qualifications For Consideration High School Diploma with a minimum of 12 years of related sales experience, or Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) with at least 10 years of related experience. Proven experience selling wireless site solutions products such as antennas, filters, transmission lines, power cabinets, or similar infrastructure components. Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent, self-directed sales professional with strong accountability for results. Proficiency with Office 365 tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience using CRM platforms and familiarity with Co-Pilot or AI-enabled productivity tools to support sales execution and reporting. Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills. Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory. Bring prior experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the wireless infrastructure space. Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
