We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a small team in a geographically concentrated area within Pensacola Beach, FL. Your team will include a Property Manager and Property Inspectors. You will have clear goals and assignments daily, and you will be rewarded for your team's performance. We use some of the industry's best systems to plan, coordinate, and task manage. We provide company vehicles for you to use while you work, and we also pay mileage if a company vehicle is not available to you. We strive for a healthy work life balance. Manage team member schedules Manage vendor schedules Maintain high cleaning and maintenance standards Handle escalated issues with guests Create plans to keep the properties in excellent shape Goals of an Assistant Property Manager
Maintain an average review score of 4.65 or higher Maintain a happy, tenured, and motivated team Take advantage of every opportunity to WTG (Wow the Guest) Retain property owners by maintaining the property to the standards of the property owner expectations Manage your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements
