
Description
You will be a key person interacting and influencing decision-makers of targeted customer organizations. This involves driving pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, demonstrations and negotiations, as well as on-going program management. The ideal person in this role must demonstrate initiative, creativity, enthusiasm, teamwork, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple customer accounts within the NA Midwestern region focusing on camera systems and electronics
Collaborate with field team to identify and target key customer programs
Develop strong customer relationships with key technical staff, procurement staff and decision makers
Stay abreast of technology trends in the imaging and sensor electronics market
Network within the industry and grow customer relationships
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Optics, or Mechanical Engineering 2 to 5 years’ experience in image sensors, camera technology, automotive electronics, medical electronics or consumer electronics Some sales experience and established relationships with automotive/medical electronics or camera suppliers is a plus Strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills Demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously Excellent writing and technical reporting skills such as short/mid/long term opportunities Experience in successfully navigating commercial negotiations Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of an organization Excellent task management and problem solving skills Attention to detail
Annual base salary for this role in Michigan, US is expected to be between $100,500 - $165,000. Actual pay will be determined on several factors such as relevant skills and experience, the pay of employees in the similar role etc.
