Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operations Associate located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Associate will manage day-to-day sales processes, provide customer service, assist customers in selecting equipment, and contribute to maintaining the store space. Responsibilities include inventory management, and ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Proven skills in customer service, sales, and communication
Inventory management, organization, and operations
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork
Interest in sports, particularly Pickleball, is highly desirable
High adaptability and a proactive approach to tasks
Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
