Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support a fast-paced sales and training office. This role supports daily office operations, front-desk client experience, and weekend training events. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently. In this role, you establish the customer service standard for Trading Academy – New Jersey; setting the tone for how people experience our training center. As a great host, you understand that creating a welcoming environment involves several elements: including greeting guests at the front desk, coordinating events, and handling the behind-the-scenes details keeping the office running smoothly. Schedule : Wednesday – Sunday, 3 weekends per month required (weekday time off provided). Responsibilities
Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk and phone experience Support daily office operations, inventory, and organization Coordinate and set up training events (registration, materials, room setup, catering) Maintain clean, organized common areas and event spaces Perform administrative tasks including data entry and reporting in Salesforce and other CRM platforms Assist in Operations and Sales team administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination Perform data entry and basic reporting in Salesforce and other CRM platforms Manage vendors, mail, deliveries, and building/facility requests Qualifications
Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills Weekend Work Schedule - Wednesday to Sunday Experience in a fast-paced office, sales, or hospitality environment Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for follow-through Experience with Salesforce, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office preferred Organized, self-directed, and reliable; able to work weekends and perform light physical tasks
