What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing growers while identifying and onboarding new customers in your territory. Provide agronomic recommendations and solutions that help growers achieve higher yields and improved profitability. Promote and sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products tailored to each grower’s specific needs. Collaborate with internal agronomy, logistics, and management teams to ensure exceptional service and timely delivery. Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and agronomic advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers. Manage territory goals, forecast sales, and contribute to overall company growth through strategic planning and execution. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in agronomy sales or a related agricultural role. Proven success selling seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products directly to growers. Strong agronomic knowledge and a customer-first mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, Crop Science, or related field (preferred). Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year Commission Potential: $100,000 – $130,000+ (realistic earning potential for high performers) Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, retirement, vehicle program, and additional perks.
