Responsibilities

Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles

Record weekly activity and customer insights in CRM systems, assessing store routes for necessary adjustments

Track store and account level KPIs, analyzing sales data for improvement opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive business partnerships

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in grocery or retail sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with market analysis and customer relationship management

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
